Work Methodology
At Vergara Records, we follow an integrated methodology that ensures quality, strategy, and results in every release. We support each artist before, during, and after the release, providing a professional, transparent, and efficient process.

Initial Process
Once the signed contract is received, we verify all release details, complete the mastering, artwork design, and promotional video. The track is then submitted for distribution in advance to manage editorial pitching and set the release date.

Tracking Song System
Each artist receives a unique code within our Tracking Song system, allowing them to monitor the progress of their release, access links to artwork, videos, pre-save pages, and review personalized recommendations.

Release and Promotion
We offer two weeks of exclusivity on Beatport, include the track in our official playlists, share it with VIP artists from the label, and run active ad campaigns on Instagram and Meta Ads to expand global reach and visibility.

Post-Release
We continuously track performance, strengthen presence on Beatport, feature the release in our weekly YouTube sessions, and maintain ongoing promotion to boost the artist’s growth.
